From the initial meeting right through to the completion of the job, everything about our experience with Joe and his crew was positive. They are hard working and personable and the quality of workmanship is excellent. We had windows, exterior door, soffits, fascia, railing, post, recapping all wonderfully replaced and our house has been transformed into something far more beautiful than we could have imagined. Please note: I  am a contractor with many years of experience in the industry of residential home renovations.

There are not enough good things that I can say about Tip Top Exteriors. First, Joe answered my request within one business day. Communication was key. Joe came to my house, and we discussed fascia and eavestrough for the house and garage, soffit for the garage, capping one window, fixing chimney flashing, and three plumbing stack vents. He quickly sent me a quote that was less than half the price of my highest quote and the cheapest of all four quotes I received. Second, Joe's quote was so good that I had serious reservations, having never heard of his company. After checking out their work online, it blew me away. The attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional. Third, after thinking about adding some soffit to the house upon booking, Joe convinced me to do all of the soffit. He wanted to ensure that it looked correct and offered a reduced price. He was able to fit this into the original booking. Fourth, after seeing their completed work, I asked Joe to install a new window and add capping to my door and large front window. This is how pleased I was with his crew and their workmanship. Fifth, we're already talking about new siding because the work Joe and his crew did is so fresh and clean that it makes the rest of the house look dull. I find myself going out at night just to look around the house and see the lights on the new aluminum. It really looks incredible. All that I can say is that the pictures online do not do justice to viewing Tip Top's work in person.

As a struggling small business owner, I really appreciate the effort, kindness, workmanship, and care that Joe and his crew bring to their customers, even people on a budget. It is very rare in these times. Joe is a very nice person, and he is always willing to answer your questions and concerns. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I found Tip Top Exteriors online and impressed by customer reviews, contacted them for a relatively small job and was thankful their philosophy is ‘no job too big or too small’.  The job involved removing and replacing siding on the entire north side of our 2-story home where an out-of-control vine had been removed and siding was no longer cleanable – 40 feet to the top, including a chimney chase.

The service from Joe St.Angelo and his team was exemplary – from the quick response for a site visit, providing a quote, to product recommendation, completing the job, and cleanup. They even offered to trim back the two cedar trees growing against the siding before starting the work – instead of us having to hire an arborist.  Nice!

Part way through the job, while up on the ladder, they noticed our chimney cap was rusted – took some photos for us – and at my request, recommended a company for a replacement. Once I placed that order, Tip Top Exteriors coordinated with that company to provide measurements, picked up and installed the chimney cap when finishing our siding. That type of seamless and professional service between contractors isn’t something you always experience!  It was convenient and professional.

While installing the chimney cap, Tip Top Exteriors noticed the ridge and cap shingles on our roof were worn to the point of potential leaks– and took photos to show us.  We were impressed that Joe St.Angelo really cares about the customer, and not just the one job he was hired to do.  We asked if he worked with anyone in roofing and he made a recommendation of a company in his network to consider. We contacted that company and had quality service every step of the process (and they didn't try to sell us an entire new roof - just replaced the worn ridge and cap shingles!).

It was so convenient to not have to find another contractor, and to have the confidence from our great experience with Tip Top Exteriors that this company would also deliver quality work!

In an environment where it is sometimes difficult to find reliable contractors willing to take on smaller jobs, it was such a pleasure to work Joe St. Angelo and a group of young, professional contractors who work together, support each other and the customer -- and provide high quality workmanship and seamless, professional customer service every step of the way.

I highly recommend Joe St.Angelo and his excellent team at Tip Top Exteriors for all your window, door and siding needs!
